Shipping policy

All products will be shipped same business day when ordered before 4pm central time. All orders placed after 4pm central time will be shipped out the next business day. All items are shipped out thru USPS.

Local pickup

Same day local pickup before 5pm

After 5pm must be picked up the next business day.

Business hours 9am -5pm

Monday - Saturday

Phone call will be made once your order is received to arrange a pickup time.

Return policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can return within 7 days of date received. Hair has to be returned the same way you received it. (unused)

Return shipping is not offered, therefore you will have to pay for shipping in order to return product.

Once you have sent in the return, you will need to provide the tracking number by sending to email Beutifulhairtbytassja@gmail.com

Once we receive your package a refund will be sent. Please allow 7-10 business days after package received to see refund in your account. Time frame depends solely upon your bank.
